A little history
All Occasions Party Rentals, Inc. has been owned and operated by the same family since opening in 1997. Dwayne & April Ranson founded the company with a vision of becoming the Okanagan Valley’s premier wedding and event rental company. We built our reputation one event and one customer at a time.

To say the company is driven by its customers is no exaggeration. Without you we don’t exist and we never forget that. We listen and we act to refine the process to provide a fresh perspective and a quality experience. We’ve helped set the stage for every type of event, from family reunions to festivals. Whether your function is grand or intimate, formal or informal, you can count on our staff to be there for you. Our goal is and always has been to provide you with an exceptional experience and to truly make your occasion special.
We are recognized as innovators and the source for new, different and hard to find quality rental products. We bring it to the market first. We work hard from the initial research for our products right through to the handling, packaging and maintenance. We don’t buy cheaply made items with an eye to making a quick buck. These practices and procedures make it possible for us to provide a consistently clean and well maintained product and help to ensure your event looks great and runs smoothly.
Our people matter to us and we know they matter to you
We believe in developing our key people and for that you need employees with a keen interest in the event rental industry. In 2008, one of our employees (Nicole Weitzel) had the honour of becoming the first Certified Event Rental Professional in B.C., and one of eight in Canada, a designation from the largest rental association in the world, the American Rental Association. Our staff members have traveled to attend, participate in and complete workshops in all things related to our industry, including courses in event logistics, table top decor, warehouse organization and tent training, provided by the most accredited organizations in North America. We are confident that we are better prepared and better able to serve you, our valued customer, than anyone else in the Okanagan. This is what makes our people the best in the industry and the most capable to be working on your event.
In an industry that depends on us to deliver on time and be consistent in our quality of service and the quality of our products, we are up for the challenge. Whether it is through the use of CAD drawings to establish a plan for your event, logistic or rental specific software or just plain old regular maintenance and hard work, we go the extra step and do what it takes to get the job done.
