&lt;div&gt;&amp;ldquo;Do I have time to handcraft 200 miniature sailboat favours out of toothpicks?&amp;rdquo;&lt;/div&gt;

Obviously, there will be many, many more questions to be asked and answered once the particulars become known,&amp;nbsp;so this is just a start to get you thinking in the right direction.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;-Do you have the venue booked for the entire day, or have you been allotted a specific amount of time in which you can use the venue? (This is often the case with public venues, as many people will use it in one day.)&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;-What kind of surface will the tent be going on to? Are we able to stake into that surface?&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;-How big is the area where the tent will be going?&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;-What else will be going under the tent besides chairs for the guests? (These items might include an archway, signing table, and other d&amp;eacute;cor items.)&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;-When can the tent be set-up and when can it be taken down?&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;div&gt;-When is your ceremony scheduled for?&lt;/div&gt;

      <description>The birds are back, the snow is gone (well, the little we had) and the sun is showing it's face. Clearly, winter is on the way out, so it must be time to start bringing together the plans for your event and checking off those boxes at the end of the list. Comes so fast, doesn't it?&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

At the end of every&amp;nbsp;wonderfully chaotic&amp;nbsp;summer, our staff gives a collective sigh (maybe of relief?) and gets ready to settle into the down season.&amp;nbsp;But that doesn't mean hanging out in the office, drinking tea and facebooking. The winter months are just as productive as the summer ones. While new engagements are being&amp;nbsp;announced and new events being formulated, we're digging around in the back of our shop, trying to reassemble what&amp;nbsp;used to&amp;nbsp;be our&amp;nbsp;warehouse!&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

We've spent the last few months reorganizing, refurbishing, and repairing our&amp;nbsp;inventory so that it's in our trademark&amp;nbsp;All Occasions condition. We've travelled to our&amp;nbsp;annual&amp;nbsp;trade shows to find the newest products&amp;nbsp;and innovations.&amp;nbsp;Our showroom is full of this year's&amp;nbsp;great ideas and fabulous colours.&amp;nbsp;As May approaches, we're looking forward to another&amp;nbsp;successful season.&lt;br /&gt;

But just when you thought this was going to be a ho-hum month with most of your efforts&amp;nbsp;spent trying to settle back into routine (like waking up on a soggy Monday morning after having had a great weekend), it turns out there &lt;span style="font-size: larger"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;is&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt; something new to &lt;span style="font-size: larger"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;c&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: larger"&gt;&lt;em&gt;elebrate&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;and look forward to!!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;

On Monday, January 25, the 2010 Olympic Torch will be arriving in Kelowna as part of i&lt;img alt="Stage Image" align="right" style="width: 260px; height: 168px" src="http://www.kelowna.ca/CM/AssetFactory.aspx?did=8141" /&gt;ts 106 day, 45,000 km. journey across the country. The Olympic Torch will run through downtown Kelowna before arriving at City Park for the&amp;nbsp;community celebration where the ceremonial community caldron will be lit.&amp;nbsp; &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: smaller"&gt;(as stated on Kelowna's home page).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;So grab your kids, friends, neighbours, and&amp;nbsp;family and head down to Kelowna City Park for the ceremony&amp;nbsp;from 6-8pm.&amp;nbsp;We'll be down there setting up for the event&amp;nbsp;ourselves on Monday, a chance to see some of our tent possibilities in action. &lt;br /&gt;

It is sure&amp;nbsp;to be a fun night.&amp;nbsp;What a neat and exciting way to get involved and&amp;nbsp;to support our teams and our country. Our city's home page has a couple of&amp;nbsp;different ways to join in on the fun such as&amp;nbsp;creating your own Olympic torch, a must do&amp;nbsp;if you have kids. You print out the flame template on your printer, cut it out and wrap it around your flash light, secure with tape and Voila! your own Olympic torch to wave around during the ceremonies.&lt;br /&gt;

You could come up with several olympic relays.&amp;nbsp;Or a&amp;nbsp;real suiting interactive game to play on such a night would be the Nintendo Wii game 'Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games'.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;An evening of fun for all ages.&lt;br /&gt;

      <title>Time to start celebrating the Olympics    </title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt"&gt;Isn't it amazing to think that in just a few short days Christmas will be here,&amp;nbsp;guests will be arriving, gifts will be&amp;nbsp;decoratively wrapped and under the tree,&amp;nbsp;dinner in the oven, and eager faces will be&amp;nbsp;awaiting your hospitality. I seem to be annually amazed at how fast this&amp;nbsp;magical day&amp;nbsp;comes and goes. And without a second beat our New Year's celebration follows on its' heels. This year we thought it would be fun to give you a couple of fun new ideas to help celebrate and welcome in the New Year.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;

My husband and I recently went to a neighborhood block party where they brought in casino tables and dealers. Each couple brought an appie and a $10 wrapped gift. After a bit of mingling we were each handed $5000 in play money and the tables opened. For the next&amp;nbsp;few hours we gambled to our heart's delight,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 7.5pt"&gt;(with the safety of knowing we weren't actually losing real dollars).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt"&gt; Casual conversation was&amp;nbsp;joined&amp;nbsp;by much cheer and laughter. When the tables were officially closed for the evening we then proceeded to bid on the wrapped gifts with our pretend earnings and the laughter continued. What a great way to celebrate with a large group&amp;nbsp; of people. Whether they know each other or not, your guests are sure to have an exciting&amp;nbsp;and memorable time.&lt;br /&gt;

Not quite wanting to venture that big but still want to impress your guests? By simply projecting your favorite TV count down&lt;img border="0" hspace="10" alt="" align="left" style="width: 257px; height: 204px" src="/_mndata/alloccasions/uploaded_images/808987.jpg" /&gt; channel on to a blank wall and a bit of fun lighting&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 7.5pt"&gt;&amp;nbsp;(I would suggest&amp;nbsp;the 20' foot strand of globe lights)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 150%; font-size: 10pt"&gt;&amp;nbsp;you can easily convert your family room into an official count down gathering. With an array of decorative appies and drinks, your place will be set for an evening of Count Down entertainment.
